HOW TO THRIVE AS AN EMPATH

“HOW TO THRIVE AS AN EMPATH” IS NOW AVAILABLE ON SMASHWORDS!

“How to Thrive as an Empath” is a self-help book for empaths who need to know how to use their gifts in order to empower themselves and grow.

Being an empath is a curse, a challenge, and, ultimately, a blessing. How?!

In a powerful guide rich with inspiration and sharp insights encompassing a few digressions from real-life experiences/experienced, Andrea Bossoni perfectly depicts along 16 chapters the way for you to:

  • Understand and identify your inner “secret” gifts you are unaware of and how to master them in order to thrive in a world where empathy is not considered a real superpower (which actually is).

  • Create the balance between your inner and outer world by making conscious choices involving your emotions, your lifestyle decisions, and your spiritual and creative spare time activities so that you improve your life and enhance your extreme sensitivity by turning it from a weakness into a magic strength.

  • Create the best version of yourself, free from fears and conflicts NOW.

  • Change yourself from a reserved introvert into an inspiring empath able to impact on your own life and on other people’s lives in a very uplifting and positive way.

  • Be and remain happy despite the world not being fair or beautiful. You become the instrument of love to change it into a better place for yourself and others you always wanted and dreamt about.

Dreams become a reality when there is a vision and a goal behind them: this is your chance to be the catalyst of a real change and see effective results!

By the end of “How to Thrive as an Empath”, you will understand why your extreme sensitivity which others see as fragility is actually the most powerful tool you have to transform yourself. You will know and recognize a pattern that needs to be tamed and mastered in order for you to finally thrive and live the happy life always wanted and deserved.

LE MATCH DE MA VIE (THE MATCH OF MY LIFE)

Paris, France, 2008.

Samira Boutaleb is a brilliant sixteen-year-old girl. She lives with her family in the suburb of Bobigny, in the outskirts of Paris. She attends the high school second year (première).

Her father, Youssef, an Algerian man immigrant to France, is a food retail merchant and owns three stores; her mother, Christine, a French woman from British origins, is a professional former tennis player who became later a tennis coach.

Samira’s parents encourage their daughter to continue her studies but also to train herself on the tennis courts. Samira has a great grit, she is very determined and keen. She has a huge passion for playing tennis since her childhood.

Samira’s favourite tennis players are clearly visible in a poster hung up in her room: Ms Martina Navratilova, Ms Mara Santangelo and Ms Aravane Rezaï.

The Boutalebs read the Koran, pray five times a day and play tennis.

Christine, Samira’s mother, has been Samira’s first coach since Samira was five years old on.

Anouk and Amin, Samira’s best friends, she, a Jewish half Irish girl and the boy, from Algerian origins, a former Harki soldier’s son, are Samira’s best supporters when she trains hard: she’s willing to do everything just to fulfil her dream.

The dream is about to be fulfilled because Samira has just won the semi-finals of an important junior tennis tournament. After a very enjoyable evening spent to celebrate Samira’s seventeenth birthday, her and Amin remain alone in the boy’s car when another car causes a very serious car crash. Amin dies on impact, Samira falls into a coma. Three weeks later a young woman addresses herself to the reception desk of the hospital where Samira is hospitalized. Christine arrives to see her daughter and comes up with the young woman. Once remained alone in her room Samira discovers that the young woman is Mara Santangelo, one of her favourite tennis players. After the first impact Samira and Mara start talking in a very spontaneous way. Samira tells her that she survived the car crash, but her best friend died. Among emotions and pain Samira confides to the young woman that she started playing tennis at the age of five with her mother and that the passion for tennis grew along the years. Just like for Mara. While Samira speaks to her, Mara confides her that she lost her mother when she was Samira’s same age. A car crash. They have many things in common.

Mara perfectly understands Samira’s motivation and before going away, she encourages her to not give up in front of hardships. This new friendship will give to Samira the strength and the courage to raise again to take up a great challenge: to ride her fears out and to get back to play a great tennis again.
